We are proud to share some great news at the end of the school year:
After our evaluation visits in April, we are proud to announce that our school has been re-authorised as an IB World School and re-accredited by the Council of International Schools.

Congratulations and Thank You to everyone involved!

Our little explorers are learning about plants and where our food comes from. They have discovered roots, stems, leaves, and which parts we can eat through a variety of engaging activities. They then tasted the delicious fruits and vegetables and inquired into how they can grow some of these items in their school garden and at home.

We are thrilled to announce the success of our very first Primary Science Fair at ISOB. Our young scientists showcased incredible projects ranging from discovering the best liquids for generating hydroelectric power to exploring which foods are most biodegradable, aiming to recommend eco- friendly snacks for our playground. With 11 diverse groups, our students demonstrated a deep level of inquiry and critical thinking skills. 

In cooperation with students from Years 5 and 6, ISB held its first Mathlete competition, in which students teamed up to complete several rounds of tough Math questions.  There was a lot of effective communication and collaboration between the students and we are very proud of all of them.  This was such a successful event that we’ll be running it twice a year from now on.

Congratulations to the team of high school students who got the yearbook out this year.  They have worked very hard these last few months gathering photos, collecting and writing various texts and making sure that it is all GDPR compliant.
